How long will it take to process my order?
Our order processing time is currently 1-4 business days (Business days do not include weekends). Orders are processed and shipped out in the order that they are received. Please keep in mind that any "Pre-Order" items will have specific shipping time frames. Holidays and large sales (Black Friday for example) may extend processing and shipping times as well.
If a "pre-order" item is purchased along with other in stock items, your full order will ship together once the "pre-order" item is available.
What are your jewelry pieces made of?
All items here at Luxxd are made of Stainless Steel. It is a hypoallergenic, durable metal that allows us to bring you quality, worry free pieces. Please also refer to each item's description for the appropriate materials/description.
Can I make changes to my order after checkout?
We recommend carefully reviewing your order prior to checkout. This includes shipping/billing addresses. Incorrect addresses may cause delays with your order. If you notice incorrect information after checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made but we will always attempt to help. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered.
When will my order arrive?
Our normal processing time is 1-4 business days. After that processing time, your order is handled by the appropriate shipping carrier. Due to current global conditions, delays may happen with your delivery time. Tracking information is always provided once orders are shipped. Please refer to your assigned tracking number for the most updated and accurate information. Once an order is released to the shipping carrier, we are unable to make changes and/or requests. Luxxd Jewelry is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please contact the appropriate shipping carrier in the event that your package is lost/stolen or for any changes that need to be made.
