In the event that you receive the wrong item or a damaged, you can contact us at support@luxxdjewelry.com and we will do our best to make it right. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sample sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
